I'm a recent grad whose roommate just moved out. I live next to Patricia's Green, the park in Hayes Valley, in a comfortable, recently remodeled apartment. Super convenient central location surrounded by many delicious restaurants (Stacks, Patxis) and easy access to Caltrain, SoMA, and pretty much everywhere. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. Already furnished with furniture (couch, tables, etc) except for the bedroom. Looking for clean, responsible, quiet roommate.
