1998 Lincoln Continental with clean smog and title, price $600 OBO

1998 Lincoln Continental with a bit over 100,000 miles on it. Clean title, and just passed smog as of August 17. Several problems listed below but it is runs and the engine is mechanically sound. Dave at Barron Park Shell (read his reviews on Yelp) has serviced the car for the last five years and can vouch for it. Usable for parts or fully driveable with one new (or repaired) tire.

I leave town on Saturday, so make me a (serious) offer.

The problems:

1. Takes a little revving get into second gear first thing in the morning, but always starts fine.
2. Tires are worn (one has a flat; currently parked on the spare).
3. A.C. no longer works
4. Some peeling ceiling upholstery in rear
5. No passenger side-view mirror
