Hi there,
I have an unfurnished bedroom and bathroom available on Dec. 1 in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in sunny Potrero Hill, a 12-minute walk to Caltrain and easy biking distance to Mission, SOMA, etc. Whole Foods is a five-block walk, and one block away is Potrero's 18th Street, filled with nice restaurants and a couple bars. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, a huge living space with 14-foot ceilings, a dishwasher and convection oven.
I'm a late 30s professional who works full-time at Stanford. Half my nights I'm enjoying San Francisco - dinner out with friends, volunteering in the Mission, attending shows and events. The other half, I'm quietly enjoying home - watching a movie, catching up on laundry, reading, etc. Hoping to find someone who likes a quiet home and keeps things tidy.
