I am starting to look for a roommate for my Santa Clara 2 bed/2 bath apartment. My current roommate is moving to another city and will not be extending the lease with me when it ends on June 28, 2019. If you or anyone you know would be open to looking into the rooms here/signing a lease with me to extend, I would love to connect with you/them. My roommate is open to moving out as soon as possible so the new roommate can pay the rest of the current lease and sign a renewal with me on June. Here are the details of my current apartment:

Price: Rent may be raised to $2900 at June 28, 2019 (exact rent to be determined in early May)
If two people in master will be splitting, then the rent could be divided equally between three persons.
If only one person in master is renting, then the rent would be $1700 master (includes garage parking spot) / $1200 smaller room.
Apt. Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, heater/cooler system in the living room, heaters in the bedrooms
Parking: One parking space in covered garage only. There are plenty of uncovered spaces to park for the second roommate and visitors.
Community Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, Amazon lockers, small gym, pet-friendly community, near Santana Row/Valleyfair, nearest freeway: 280
About Me: Late 20's female, easygoing, works full-time in Stanford University. I have one sweet female black Labrador Retriever (well-trained and well-mannered) who sleeps with me. I have one young rabbit that sleeps in a dog crate currently in the living room (I am training her to be a free-range bunny so she is so far doing really well with people interactions!)
