Need someone to take over the lease for my room in Avana Sunnyvale. It's a large 2 bed, 2 bath apartment - your flatmate would be a female Google program manager. Your room has a walk in closet and a private bathroom! The apartment has a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment, along with additional patio storage. Pets are allowed.

There is a gym in the complex, and Planet Granite (climbing/ yoga/ fitness) is just a 5 minute walk.

It's a great location, the new Apple campus is a 5-10 minute walk, the closest Facebook shuttle stop is at a 15 minute walk, Google stop is a 10 minute walk. Caltrain is a 15 min bike ride. Easy access to 101 and Central, takes me 20 minutes to Palo Alto on a low traffic day! Rent is 1480 + utilities (about 70 per person). The current lease ends 4th October, 2018. Room will be furnished with bed, desk, lamps if wanted.
