My roommate and I have a potential house in EPA (3B2B) we are trying to solidify this week. Nice house, ample parking in drive way, washer dryer. Utilities won't be more than like 80 a person. We are looking for one person to take the one of the rooms and will be sharing a bathroom. We are looking for preferably another woman of color with a stable job that can sign a lease from Sept 1.
