1B in 3B2B House in EPA

My roommate and I have a potential house in EPA (3B2B) we are trying to solidify this week. The room were are renting will have a shared bathroom with one of us. I just graduated Stanford working in East Palo Alto and my roommate is working at Stanford we range from 22-25. One thing we really value is cleanliness and communication. So we ideally want a roommate is is respectful of our privacy as well as public spaces. Does not come with any furniture. We'd be renting an empty house, not furnished.

A little bit more about the place:

1. Parking for your car
2. washer/dryer in garage
3. The place is located in East Palo Alto about 5 miles away from campus (20 min drive, possibly 25-30 minute bike)
4. Utilities won't be more than like 80 a person.
5. Shared kitchen

We are looking for one person to take the one of the rooms and will be sharing a bathroom. We are looking for preferably another woman with a stable job that can sign a lease from Sept 1. No couples. Female identifying people only please. Please respond with a little bit about yourself (what you do, etc) and fb or LinkedIn. We are kind of on a time crunch, serious people only.
