1B in 3B2B House in EPA - Ladies Only (Short/Long Term)

Hello - PLEASE READ EVERYTHING

My roommate and I have a house in EPA (3B2B) . The room were are renting will have a shared bathroom with one of us. I just graduated Stanford working in East Palo Alto and my roommate is working at Stanford we range from 22-25. One thing we really value is cleanliness and communication. So we ideally want a FEMALE roommate is is respectful of our privacy as well as public spaces.

Does not come with any furniture. We'd be renting an empty house, not furnished. But we can potentially pool money together to buy some essentials like a couch.

A little bit more about the place:

1. Parking for your car (huge parkway)
2. washer/dryer in garage
3. The place is located in East Palo Alto about 5 miles away from campus (20 min drive, possibly 25-30 minute bike)
4. Utilities won't be more than like 80 a person, assuming we are mindful of usage.
5. Shared kitchen - bakers are welcomed!
6. HUGE Backyard, in case you ever want to have a get together
7. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet AND SAFE
8. Bathroom just renovated

We are looking for a person to take the one of the rooms and will be sharing a bathroom. We are looking for preferably another WOMAN with a stable job that can sign a YEAR lease from Sept 1. No couples. FEMALE identifying people only please.

IF YOU CANNOT DO A YEAR, here are the options we have:
6 month lease: 1325$ a month
month to month: 1375$

In both cases, you must find someone to replace you before you leave.
