We are 4 graduate students at Stanford, looking to sublease one guest bedroom from August 15, 2018 to October 31.

The room is on the fourth floor of the house and fully furnished. You will share the bathroom with a male housemate.

The house is on Sand Hill Road, near downtown Menlo Park, I-280 and Safeway, a 10-minute drive to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.

The house is very secluded with a great view and a shared swimming pool. There're nice running and hiking trails nearby and community parks. We have two rooms for rent:
