1B1B 1400/month, 18 min from Stanford, July 20 - Sep 27 or beyond

I am subleasing my current 1b1b in a 2b2b apartment in Mountain View and Sunnyvale border from July 20 till Sep 27. If you want to live beyond that time, just sign another 6 month or 1 year contract with the leasing office. The rent is 1400 dollars per month. (Other 1B1B in this area is starting at $2395/month)

Location is close to Ranch 99, Google, Safeway, Felipe's market. 18 min to Stanford campus. All kitchen or laundry facilities available: Microwave-oven, fridge, washer machine and dryer machine, etc. The other roommate is a Stanford graduate female, so quiet and tidy female roommate is preferred.
