We are looking for someone to take over the lease on our gorgeous (and newly renovated) 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, starting as early as June 24th! The apartment features in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors, and a walk-in closet. We also have two huge terraces off our living room and kitchen, and live right next to the pool and BBQ grill. Right now, we're paying around $2,700.
About the complex:
The apartment complex has two pools, a spa, gym, club house, reading room, and pingpong table. 15 minute drive to Stanford, 10 minute bike ride to either Mountain View or Sunnyvale Caltrain! 24 hour Safeway, CVS, Indian and Hispanic grocery, library, park, and Steven’s Creek Trail (to Google) all within walking distance. Complex is professional and very responsive, featuring 24 hour repair services.
