We are looking for someone to transfer our gorgeous (and newly renovated) 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, starting immediately! The apartment features in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors, and a walk-in closet. We also have two huge terraces off our living room and kitchen, and live right next to the pool and BBQ grill.
About the complex:
The apartment complex has two pools, a spa, gym, club house, reading room, and pingpong table. 15 minute drive to Stanford, 10 minute bike ride to either Mountain View or Sunnyvale Caltrain! Bike + Caltrain is approximately 25 minutes total. 24 hour Safeway, CVS, Indian and Hispanic grocery, library, park, and Steven’s Creek Trail (to Google) all within walking/biking distance. Complex is professional and very responsive, featuring 24 hour repair services.
