I have a room in a two-bedroom, two bath apartment in The Arbors at Mountain View. My roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace her room.

• 15 minutes bike ride to the center of the Campus
• Marguerite Shuttle Stop nearby (if you want a free shuttle)
• 7 minute walk to Caltrain (San Antonio station)
• 5 minute walk to San Antonio Shopping Center (Target, Walmart, etc)

$1,182.50 with a fully-refundable $1100 deposit - move in date: June 1st ($2,182.50 to move in)
Utilities and WiFi are not included (About $90-$120 per person).

Single occupancy preferred. I'm willing to consider double occupancy (couples or if you just want to split the room) for $1432 ($716 each).

Roommate wise, I'm looking for a clean roommate who pays their bills on time. The bedrooms in the apartment are on the opposite ends of the apartment and the bedrooms are pretty big so I haven't had much trouble with noise or lack of privacy (or anything like that). I like a clean living space, especially in the kitchen. We do have a dishwasher so keeping the kitchen tidy (or at least putting away dishes) shouldn't be too much of a hassle.
