We're looking for an awesome housemate to replace me in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath in downtown Palo Alto. It's the front unit of a duplex. You have a private entrance and your own parking space. There's in unit laundry, hardwood floors in the common area (carpet in the bedrooms), and spacious kitchen. You'll be living with a female in her 20s who graduated from Stanford and now works there.
The place is pretty much furnished, though there may be room for some items. I'm selling my bedroom furniture (I bought it brand new when I moved in two years ago), so you have the options to buy it and have the room come furnished, or you can have an empty bedroom. Move in date would be the 1st of September. Rent is $1100.
