The location is 725 Roble Ave, near downtown Menlo Park. Walking distance to grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Safeway), plenty of restaurants, and about 2 mi from Stanford campus (~10min by bike).
The other bedroom will be occupied by a Stanford postdoc who is hardworking, clean, quiet, and responsible. I really enjoyed living here-- good roommate, excellent location, and the apartment itself is very comfortable. Very private since you have your own bedroom and bathroom. I regret having to move out, but need to for personal reasons.
ABOUT YOU: I'm looking for someone affiliated with Stanford University to take my place. You should be respectful of the cleanliness of shared areas, and don't wear shoes in the apartment.
COST: The rent is $1620/mo. There will also be a $500 deposit and $35 application fee to the management. Monthly bills including utilities and cable internet typically total < $100/mo per person.
DATES: I'm planning to move out mid-February to early March. The dates are not set and I can try to be flexible depending on your requirements. The lease ends Aug 31, 2015 with options to renew afterward.
