Hi everyone,

We are 2 incoming female plastic surgery residents who have found a gorgeous, large 3BR/3BA house in Menlo Park. It is 2 min walking to downtown Menlo and 10 min biking to the hospital (save on parking!). Here are the details:

-new house with new amenities
-1720 for 1 sunny, spacious bedroom (fits bed, desk, dresser and has a big closet)
-your own half bath (share shower with one of us)
-covered parking spot
-full kitchen with dishwasher and extra freezer
-living room, dining room, and breakfast nook looking out into the backyard
-beautiful backyard/patio
-washer/dryer in apartment

Us:
-very busy!
-very nice and friendly
-easygoing and considerate

You:
-females preferred, but if you're awesome we may consider XY
-no couples, please
-similarly nice, friendly, easygoing, and considerate :)

Pictures of the place are attached. I have seen dozens of places and this one is definitely the nicest for the price and location. Please contact me if interested! We are hoping to put down a deposit on this place this weekend, and the move in day would be Jun 6.
