We are moving to east coast this month because I got a position there, so this apartment is available on 10/1. For 4 months, from 10/1/2015 to 1/31/2016, you will only pay $1888/month (water and garbage are included in this rate) plus gas and electricity, and just move in, I can leave some furniture for you, such as tables, bed frame, and chairs. I will clean it up before you move in or I move out and I will pay the cleaning. The cable is already on. If you like it, I can keep it.
If you sign a lease contract for 9 months, the rate is $2148/month. It is a lovely place. I am a postdoc at Stanford Medical School. We have been here for 18 months. Manager and neighbors are very nice. We have a good time.
