It is located around Middlefield rd and Embarcadero rd in palo alto. Near transportation (public bus and palo alto city shuttles), 1.6 miles to Stanford (Marguerite shuttle will take you there, also an easy bike ride), 1.5 miles to downtown and Cal train station (shuttle bus C or E will take you there). Plenty of street parking. 


The rent is $1500/month, Utilities and WiFi are included. 
The rent is $1300/month if the person is willing to put 3 hours/week to babysit and share the bathroom with another Stanford female staff.


Single occupancy only.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
No over night guests.

Monthly rent $1500 or $1300
Deposit $2000.
Prefer 1 year lease, or at least end of 2014-2015 school year.
