This brand new apartment complex called ' The Venue' opened in 2015 in North San Jose. I am renting my bedroom and bathroom for $1500 (including utilities) in a 2bd/2bath apartment that costs $3500/month alone. The amenities include: dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, fridge, freezer microwave, jacuzzi, pool, gym, grill and free secured parking for a car.

My roommate and his fiance have the entire living room furnished and all the kitchen appliances are available. Also, upon your request I can keep my mattress, bed frame, and dresses (the one next to the bed) for free. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet too and the room gets plenty of sunlight.
