1br/1bth in professorville home (available 6/10-9/30)

We have a lovely home in Professorville that we enjoy sharing with Stanford affiliates. The home has been in the family for years and historically has been opened to international visiting students/professors/post-docs and we would like to keep that trend.

Currently we have an English post-doc and my wife and I are English and American with a 1 year old daughter. We're all in our 30s.

The home has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and is located in professorville, an easy bike ride/walk to campus. The room available is large with a new queen bed, hardwood floor, desk, bookcase, and closet. There is a bathroom with shower over tub that is just outside the door and is only used by guests and our lovely nanny during the day so it's pretty much yours. The room is only available to one person and sorry, no pets. Guests are welcome for short stays with notice, we even have a guest room. Parking is plentiful on the street and we have a garage and carport for bikes.

We would like a social person who enjoys having dinner with us once in a while and likes kids. Our daughter is lovely and happy and sleeps well but you'll find her toys around the house.

Utilities are included in the rent (wifi, electricity, water, gas, cable (with sports/movie package)) and all we ask that you help in keeping your area and the common areas tidy so we can live happily and that you enjoy "roommate night" once in a while.

Our past and present tenants will happily talk/email with you if you would like references.

Rent: $1600/month
