Includes fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with tub, clean towels, sheets, etc. - perfect for guests or parents visiting for a while around the holidays. Big bright windows in living room and kitchen overlook quiet courtyards. Apartment includes a kitchen table for dining, a couch, a big comfy chair for reading, and a queen-sized bed. Nice large bathroom. Big living room with vaulted ceilings, very cozy, come see for yourself! Very clean and cheaper than a hotel. Utilities and internet included. Note: We will not be cleaning out all of our stuff, boxing it up, etc.
Asking $1100 rent (this is less than the rent, and quite cheaper than a hotel in the area) + $500 refundable deposit (by a check that I will shred if there is no damage, or via PayPal). First able to pay reserves the apartment, full rent due no later than Dec. 14 to me in cash or via PayPal.
