1BR and private bathroom for June & July ($1300 per month)

One bedroom plus a bathroom is available for the summer (June and July) in a large shared house. The house is ~4 stories extending down a hill, quite spacious offering large communal areas and 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house is located in the Emerald Hills (district of redwood city) neighborhood and overlooks the Edgewood preserve, which borders highway 280 between Farm Hill Blvd. and Edgewood Road. The room includes a walk-in closet, and the window offers a lot of light. The room is on the bottom floor of the house, which serves as a lounge and has large windows/sliding doors opening up to the back yard. The other roommates work in various technology companies and are ~3 - 4 years graduated from college. The pictures attached show the room, bottom floor of the house, and the living room/kitchen on the middle floor of the house.
