I have had some visa issues and need to leave the country in 2 weeks. The lease for the apartment ends in the middle of May and therefore, the new tenant can have a flexible lease (you can leave the apartment in May if you chose not to stay, or you can continue to stay for longer).
Also, the rent for March has already been paid, but the apartment is available from 17th March (you don't have to pay any rent for March).
Besides, I can leave most of the stuff behind in the apartment (a new couch, mattress, dining table, TV). However, I can empty the apartment too if you want it that way.
The apartment is in Santa Clara- a mile from the Cal Station (it takes me ~ 25 minutes to drive to work) and is walking distance to many stores, cafes, restaurants.
