Hello! I'm a Stanford grad currently working in the Bay Area, and I'm looking for a female housemate to take over 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom newly renovated apartment in Palo Alto starting in February. The apartment is 3 blocks away from the California Ave Caltrain station and a ~10min bike ride to Stanford. Rent is $1600 each per month (total is $3200 per month), plus utilities.
