1BR (female) sublet July&August in 2BR/2BA. 2nd BR avail. for 2 weeks

Hi!

I'm subletting two rooms in a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (about 1000 square feet). The apartment is fully loaded with dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C, patio, access to gym, swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue areas.

One room is available ideally for a female from the end of June to the end of August. The other room is available only until mid-July. Price is around $2000/month, utilities included.

It is located right off Sand Hill Road, walking distance to Stanford and the Stanford Shopping Center. The Marguerite shuttle also passes by.

I am looking for a responsible and clean person who will take good care of the place.
No pets, no smoking.

I'm planning on showing the apartment this Saturday and Sunday (June 21st and 22nd), and, if it is still available, some evening next week before Friday.
