1BR in 2BR SF flat - Safe neighborhood, great transit

I have an opening in my house in San Francisco starting in June. I'm a recent Stanford grad (2016.)

The apartment is in a safe neighborhood (Glen Park, which neighbors Mission) with ample street parking, great access to 280 and BART. Only 35 mins to Stanford, 44 mins to Cupertino.

There's no neighbors above or below, which is a definite bonus for noise. :)

I've lived there for a year and I really like it, and so the lease has become month to month.
