1BR in 3BR, 2.5 Bath 1740 sq. ft. townhouse (~Mar18-Jul27), $1170 pm

I am a Stanford grad student looking to sublease my room in a Sunnyvale townhouse (Holly Terrace, Sunnyvale) from March 18th to July 27th, 2014 (possibility of renewing lease after that).

Amenities:

The room is in a 3 story, 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse in Sunnyvale. It is less than a mile south of the Sunnyvale Caltrain station, Sunnyvale downtown area (Murphy avenue) and departmental stores like Target, Macy's. The surrounding grounds feature picturesque landscaping.

The house features hardwood floors, centralized temperature control, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave oven). The unit also has an in-house washer and dryer.

A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area occupy the second floor. There is plenty of closet and storage space in the townhouse. The room has a walk in closet. The house has a 2 car garage, with additional parking spaces in the apartment complex on a first come first served basis.

Current roommates: I am sharing this apartment with two male roommates in their mid 20s. Both of them are working professionals in Bay Area tech companies.

Rent: The rent is $1170 per month prorated accordingly and utilities (around $90/ month including cable/internet/water/electricity) are extra. Deposit upon move-in is $1270 (refundable at the end of the sublease).

Preferences: If you are a student/working professional/postdoc/visiting professor in the Bay Area, or just looking to shift somewhere closer to work, we would love to hear from you! If needed we can negotiate an extension with the landlord.
