1BR in 3BR house in EV June 8-September 24 (females only!)

I'm subletting my room in a 3BR house in EV over the summer.

The room is the largest in a house and furnished with a bed, TV, desk/chair, 2 bookshelves, and a large closet. You'd share a bathroom with 2 other female roommates. Downstairs, is a fully equipped kitchen, large living space, and a porch leading out to a large backyard. My bike is also available for the summer.

The house is located in Abrams Ct right on Stanford Avenue and close to a Marguerite stop and Starbucks!

The room will be available around June 7/8 through September 23/24. I prefer sublessees who can stay the entire period. Rent will be prorated at $790 per month.
