We are looking for a new roommate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located biking distance to Stanford (less than 20 mins to the Oval), walking distance to an awesome Grocery Outlet (1-2 blocks), just under a mile to mid-town Palo Alto with a Safeway, restaurants, YMCA, CVS, Walgreens, etc.

$1000/mo + utilities, water, house cleaner, internet monthly
$750 security deposit (every roommate over that past 5 years has gotten this back upon move-out)

The room will be ready for move-in on June 1 and the move out date is flexible, though longer renters are preferred (6+ months).

The three of us are young professionals: one is a high school math teacher (Myndi), one is a strength and conditioning coach at Santa Clara University (Spencer), and one is a lab manager at Stanford (Isaac). We're all laid back and busy workers between the ages of 26-29. Myndi and Spencer share one bathroom and the new roommate would share the other bathroom with Isaac (but of course you can always use either if one is in use!)

We have 2 cats; they are quite shy, but are very sweet and often hang out in the living room when we're watching TV/working.
