1BR in 4BR/2BA Home in Palo Alto - $1375

I'm moving in with my boyfriend and am looking for someone to replace me in this awesome house starting around September 1st. You'd be sharing the house with three other young working professionals (all male) and sharing a bathroom with one of them. We're looking for a male or female replacement. For reference, I'm female and have enjoyed living with these guys.

About the house: It was recently remodeled and has beautiful hardwood floors, tons of natural light, a washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nice backyard (taken care of by gardeners who come weekly), and plenty of street parking. It's a great location--easy access to 101, close to San Antonio Shopping Center, biking distance to Stanford, and less than a mile from Philz Coffee. It's also a great neighborhood for running or biking.

About the room: It's a comfortable size with a nice window and plenty of closet space. I'm also hoping to sell some or all of the furniture (a full-size bed, bedside table, bookshelf, and desk) to whoever moves in.

Rent is $1375. Utilities and Internet are usually about $100/month, give or take (depends on how much heat/AC/water we use). We've also been using a monthly cleaning service for the common areas, which costs $30/person per month.
