Upstairs bedroom in 5BR house in Midtown, shared with 4 others in late 20s/ early 30s. Great house and excellent location. Friendly and very considerate housemates, most employed in tech sector. Share modern bathroom (with spa bath) with one other. Smallish room but carpeted with a nice aspect and newer fittings. More share furniture welcome, but currently perfectly functional. Would suit someone who is relaxed about living with 4 others, for example ping pong table currently in prominent position in living room, and housemates' partners visit often (great people!). All current tenants are respectful about belongings, noise, rent payments, etc and easy to communicate with.

Hot tub and (bizarrely) putting green in back yard. Washer and dryer on site. Street is safe and quiet with bike lane, around 15 minutes bike ride to campus and about 8 minutes bike ride to California Ave Caltrain Station.

New tenant will require screening by our real estate agent to join the lease. Prefer longer term tenant of at least 12 months.

Move in date by end January, sooner preferable.
