1BR in a 2BR 1BA apartment San Francisco Chinatown!!

My roommate is moving back home and I'm looking for someone to take her place and her half of the lease starting JANUARY 1st. The lease runs through the end of July and is month to month there after.

My apartment is in the heart of the Golden city in Chinatown. You would be about 15 min walk to Union Square where are the shops are located. Then 10 min walk north is Little Italy in North Beach. Then 10 mins walking to the east is the Financial District.

If you want to go to the East Bay or down to the Peninsula, you can hop on the Muni 30/45 that drops you off at the Bart and Caltrain station.

Muni Bus close to the apartment: 1, 8, 10, 12, 30, 45

I am looking for a female non-smoker in her twenties just like me. You will get your own room in the apartment. The picture shows that you can fit a queen sized bed and still have ample space. You also will get a nice size closet.

Rent is $1,250 a month and this includes water and garbage. We will split PG&E, Comcast internet and cable. Pets are not allowed.
