One room available for moving in Feb 1 or March 1, 2015 in a spacious 2BR apartment in Mountain view. The apartment is located on Miller Ave and is a 5 minutes walk from the stores at San Antonio and El Camino (including Trader Joes, Safeway, Walmart, Milk Pail market etc.). Driving distance to Stanford is 15 mins by car. There is free street parking with the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is perfect for anyone working at Stanford or Google/ FB and companies around. The apartment lease was up in August and we did not sign the lease again since my roommate was expecting to get a job this year and move out.
I am a Postdoc at Stanford and like to live in a clean and orderly environment. Looking for a professional person who likes to keep things tidy and can clean after themselves. The rent for the place is 2140 and along with electricity, gas and internet it comes out to be ~2300 per month. The management is great and promptly responds to any maintenance requests.
