We are looking to share an amazing house located in the College Terrace neighborhood. We live in one bedroom and are looking for someone who would like to live in the other bedroom.

About us:
We are a married couple, both 30 years old, both studying and working at Stanford. Tim is in the Electrical Engineering PhD program and has lots of outdoor, athletic, and science interests. Emily is starting a research position in the School of Medicine and enjoys fitness, baking, and reading.

About the house:
Location: near the intersection of Bowdoin St. and Stanford Ave. (walking distance to campus)
Rooms: 2
Bathrooms: 2
The room available has its own entrance, a bathroom in the hallway, and gets tons of light. It has plenty of room for a large desk and a queen bed.   

Other features:

• Large, full kitchen, a great place to cook
• Full washer and dryer (Miele and Bosch)
• Nice backyard with patio (maintained by a gardener)
• Plenty of space and storage
• House is fully furnished and kitchen is fully outfitted
• Room is available fully furnished with a queen bed, mattress, dresser, mirror, and table.  Let us know if you are interested in the room’s furniture.

Rent: $1700/month + utilities (utilities typically ~$85/month)
Lease period: 9/1/2017 to 6/1/2018. Can be extended.  We are hoping to find someone for the full term.
