I'm subletting my bedroom in EV lowrise 3BR apartment. This is a two story house, with all the three bedrooms upstairs. Free accessibility to wifi, laundry and utilities. Roommates are two quiet female graduate students. It is only 10 minutes' biking distance from the center of the campus.
I'm subletting from now to 5 months later. Time is flexible. I pay $789 for the rent, so I'm asking the same price and it's negotiable.
