Move in date would be Apr 1st. Rent is $900/month plus a $500 deposit, everything included (electricity, wifi, trash, water, cable, parking...).
Kitchen and bath are shared. There are some light furniture that you can use for free including a sofa bed, a table, a night stand and a TV, if you like.
