I am subletting my 1 bedroom(in a 2 BR efficiency apt) in Quillen Ct, EV for the summer quarter. The bedroom and kitchen are fully furnished. It is on the second floor and is instantly accessible from the side door(no need to ever wait for the elevator unless you want to). The balcony of the bedroom overlooks Serra street and is completely shaded from the afternoon sun by a lot of trees. You can come and check out the place if you like. Just shoot me an email.

Rate: $800/month(pro-rated to number of days)

Furniture included:- Bed with air mattress, lounge chair, office chair, wooden chair, study table, bedside table, shelves, closet space with a chest of drawers, etc. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, traditional oven, lots of pots, pans, cutlery etc.
