1BR sublet in 2 floored house, EV. FULLY FURNISHED

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in a two bedroom, 2 floored apartment. It is available from 31st August to Sept 17th.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a desk and chair, full-size bed, 2 roomy closets, bookshelves, lamps, etc.

The apartment itself has a furnished living room and a fully stocked kitchen, with a fridge, a hand blender, a mixer, 2 water kettles, rice cooker, baking trays, etc. (almost anything you can imagine). There is a free laundry facility very very closeby.

Super close to Palo Alto and Caltrain Station. Starbucks is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. El Camino Real is about 4 minutes from the apartment.

Asking for $600 for the period mentioned, including all utilities. However, I am willing to negotiate. :)

I can leave some towels and sheets if it would make things easier for you. A female Stanford affiliate is preferred.

Additionally, my roommate is a really nice person, and is okay with me subletting my room. :)
