I am transferring to Vancouver so posting for my roommate.
You will occupy the largest bedroom with lots of natural light and a huge closet and you will have access to a private bathroom.
The apartment:
The common areas are fully furnished with a sofa and a TV in the living room, large dinner table in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and 4 electric hobs.
The community:
This apartment community is super quiet and very cool, there is a swimming pool area with long chairs, tables, sun shades and a big BBQ grill. This is an awesome place to throw a sunday bbq lunch with friends by the pool.
The laundry room is very close to the apartment and the machines are pretty recent and numerous, I haven't seen one out of service nor had to wait for an available machine in 6 months.
About my roommate:
I'm a 25 years old male working in tech, I moved to the Bay area from France a year ago. I'm super laid back, I like to hang out with friends, meet new people, socialize, try new bars and restaurants. In my free time I like to attend live music concerts, discover new places, support the Giants and GSW and I also like long mountain bike rides.
About you:
I'm looking for a clean, easy going and non-smoking roommate. I'm open to movie nights, BBQ dinners and other activities !
No pets allowed and please no noise after 12am and before 7am.
