The apartment, room, and bathroom are fully furnished. The living room has a television screen, and the kitchen is fully stocked as well. The apartment also has a washer/drying in-unit.
Price is $1700 a month including water, gas, and wifi.
Exact dates are flexible, but the time-range is mid-June (~June 15) to mid-August (~August 15)
