Hi! I'm an alumna (BS '15; MA'16) and I'm looking for someone or a couple to take over my private room and bathroom in a 2br 2ba apartment in Sunnyvale. Roommates very nice alums. Date: ideally 11/26, but 12/1 by the latest.
Standard utilities cost not included, although the apartment is wired to cable TV and Hi-Speed Internet already.
The place is about 20 min walk from the Caltrain station and downtown Sunnyvale. 5 min walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe's. Safeway, 24 Fitness, and much more. Location is unbeatable and very safe.
The room is pretty spacious with a big closet, and the bathroom is also large! Photos definitely don't do justice. Contact me for visits.
