Peter is an easygoing young professional who works and travels frequently, so he's typically home less than 40% of the time.

I'm the owner/landlord, not a full-time roommate. I spend approximately six months each year living in Florida, and even when I'm in Boston, I'm only at the condo about 40% of the time.

The result is a home that often feels like your own furnished apartment. Most days you'll have the kitchen, living room, patio, and common spaces largely to yourself while still paying room pricing instead of full-apartment rent.
