The apartment is really nice - fully furnished and ready to live in from move-in day. It includes a television, kitchen appliances, king bed and bedding, large private back patio, private parking space, and more.
The place is just a ~45 second walk to the Stanford shuttle stop (C line). It is also a 7-8 minute easy bike ride, or 15-20 minute walk to the middle of Stanford campus. The apartment is also easy walking distance to California Avenue (6 minutes), the Caltrain (11 minutes), and several grocery options.
Longer than 6 month rentals are preferred. Couples or singles only, no roommates.
