We need someone to move in by March 1—no negotiations on this. The current rent is $2,380 plus a fixed $100 for all utilities (total monthly expenses: $2,480). This is for a year lease.
Description: The place a 2 story level apartment, the master bedroom is on the second level, and the another bedroom is on the 1st level. This is great for roommate situations; as the room division between levels provides plenty of privacy. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd level and a half bathroom in the first.
Location: 6 minute walk to the Caltrain San Carlos Station; even less to get to downtown San Carlos (Laurel Street shops).
Requirements: Deposit is $3,000. No smoking (of any kind) inside the building. You must prove source of income and credit worthiness to take over lease, which will be done through the building's management company. I believe the rule of thumb is that you must earn at least 3x rent. Combined incomes with roommates can qualify.
We will be holding showings until we find a successor to the lease. Please inquire for appointment (preferred times: weekends: Sat 1pm to 5pm and Sun: 10am to 12pm.)
