We are looking for the next tenant for our apartment in Menlo Park. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideal for a small family or for two flatmates. The apartment is currently furnished, and new tenants have the option to purchase our current furniture at a steep discount. The furniture has been newly purchased from Ikea about 2 years ago.
Location: The apartment is located in the Fremont Street in west Menlo Park. It is within a 12-minute bike ride to Stanford campus and 10-minute walk to Menlo Park Caltrain station. The apartment is right next to downtown Menlo Park, which has many restaurants and shops. Peet's Coffee and grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Safeway) are also within a walking distance.
Availability: The apartment will be available on the 1st of August, 2016. Earlier move-in date is negotiable.
Current rent: 2800/- USD per month
