Hi there,

I'm moving out for my job, so I'll be vacating one bedroom of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Mountain View, CA. Pictures are attached, I'll let them do most of the describing.

Some key specs:

• Available starting on 6/21/14
• Rent is $1085, utilities < $50 on your half
• You get your own bedroom and adjacent bathroom
• You get your own designated, covered parking space inside the apartment complex that's single slot/not tandem (lots of street parking also available)
• Decent sized in-wall closet with two large mirror sliding doors
• About 10-15 minutes away from Google by car
• About 15-20 minutes away from Stanford by car
• 5 minutes away from Mountain View Caltrain Station by car
• 5 minutes away from all the restaurants on Castro St., 5 minutes away from 99 Ranch, 15 minutes away from upscale Safeway/Trader Joe's, all by car
• Plenty of laundry machines and rooms, never really heavily in use (except on Sunday evenings), card laundry
• Extremely quiet area
• There's a shallow pool and a small lounge
• There's heating but no AC (it's Mountain View, not like you need AC anyways)
• Maintenance responds quickly

I'm leaving behind a desk, a fairly new and very lightly used full-sized bed mattress/box spring/frame set, a small bookshelf, and a lamp. I'll be selling the bed set (asking for $300, it's a completely stain-free Serta Perfect Sleeper Coronado Visco that retails at over $500 counting tax and delivery fees) unless you want to buy it with the apartment move-in (pictures available upon request, as there is a 4 picture limit to this SU post). Room can fit a queen or king sized bed with at least half the square footage remaining free. The picture of the room shows my full-sized bed frame.

The apartment-mate:

• He's a 30 year old software engineer from MIT
• He has lived with two female roommates before (I'm male) without incident
• All around nice and neat guy
• Not much of a talker, but it's because he has grown up with cochlear implants
• He's respectful
