I recently saw a 2-bedroom townhouse in the Opera Plaza near civic center in SF and I'm looking for a flatmate to share it with. The place is fully furnished and when I say fully furnished it even comes with a piano in the living room. Both rooms have their own bathrooms and house cleaning service is included in the rent.

Rent is $4600 for the whole place so $2300 per person. I know it sounds steep for most people but for the kind of place it is a great deal. Kitchen, bedroom, living room - everything is fully equipped.

I liked the place a lot and it is available to move in immediately. I do not have a flatmate available for a move-in soon so I'm posting here. I'm 31, work in tech at a SaaS startup, from India and a clean flatmate.

Please let me know if you'd like to see the place. I'm told it was designed by a very close friend of Frank Lloyd Wright so it has his influence.
