tldr; 2 rooms with shared bath available in 4 bedroom house with large backyard near Cal Ave. ~1.3k rent per room, move in May for 1 room, ~July for other. Looking for people/groups who want to fill 1 or both beds.
Hey everyone, we are 2 Stanford grad students and 1 tech person looking to fill 2 rooms in our 4 bedroom house. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom is available May 1st and the other around July. Here is a list of features of the house, and please don't hesitate to ask us any questions:
- Kitchen: gas stove, dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, and standard appliances
- Backyard: huge, with nice patio sets, hot tub, and lots of additional storage
- Parking: Driveway that can fit 3+ cars, plus plenty of free street parking.
- Location: ~10 min. walk to cal-ave restaurants, Cal-train, and grocery store. Near Grocery Outlet as well. House is off of Park Blvd so can easily bike/skate to food, Trader Joes, Stanford, and university ave..
- People: we are all friends from undergrad. We have fun adventuring on hikes/camping, hanging out with friends, making food (no sourdough starters yet), drinking wine, playing board games/mario party/mario kart, and more. We're looking for someone that would be great fit and enjoy living here as much as us!
- In unit washer and dryer. Elliptical in garage.

- We are near the train, but do not hear it due to a sound-dampening wall, well insulated doors, and we are not near any crossings (no horn). Rachael is a very light sleeper and hasn't had any problems.
