2 bedrooms available in SF Dogpatch Loft

Hi All,

I am moving into a wonderful 3 bed/2.5 bath loft in SF Dogpatch and have two rooms available for rent available February 15th. The loft is on the top floor of the building and features an updated kitchen (with dishwasher included), concrete flooring, and an open concept communal arra. The building is centrally located in the Dogpatch within walking distance to 22nd Street Caltrain, as well as 3rd Street Light Rail and lots of restaurants and shops. There is coin-op laundry in the building and permitted street parking available (no elevator in the building).

The rooms available are both located on the 1st floor of the loft, have concrete flooring, and share a full bath. The 1st floor features a separate entrance, as well as steps leading up to the common area

Room 1: $1600, measures approx 20x7'7 at the most narrow and 20x8'6 at the wider portion, and fits a queen bed. Small closet located in the bedroom, as well as an additional closet available outside of the room. Has a door that leads to a fire escape, tons of natural light, and a mounted wall heater

Room 2: $1660, measures 22x7'8 at the most narrow and 22x8'10 at the wider portion, and easily fits a queen bed. Room features a larger closet, mounted wall heater, tons of natural sunlight, and it's own individual balcony

Both rooms are unfurnished. The common area will come furnished.

A little about me: I am a 33 year old female inpatient social worker at Stanford Hospital. I work a fairly typical work week M-F 8:00-4:30 and am typically up early during the week. I am fairly active and love to hike, camp, and take weekend trips, but also enjoy spending time at home. I am very social, enjoy sharing a glass of wine and hosting guests for dinner, but definitely do not bring the party home. I am environmentally conscious and prefer nontoxic household products when possible.

A little about you: Looking for someone clean, communicative, and kind. The space would be perfect for a Stanford employee or graduate student. You need to have stable and reliable income, good credit, and a clean rental history. All identities welcome.

Details: The rooms are available February 15th, lease will be month to month, although I would prefer someone who is interested in staying for awhile. Water and garbage are included, other utilities would be split evenly (I do not currently have cable and kind of like it that way, but I'm open to changing this). The deposit is 1.5x times rent. Additionally the management company will be running your credit and rental history ($20) and will want to see proof of employment/income. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking.
