We have shared rooms for $700 per person. Female and male rooms are separated.
Rooms are big with personal storage space. We have a very large living room with a fireplace, laundry in the building, and a front yard with citrus trees where you can BBQ and chill after a long day. Plenty of street parking.

Public transportation stop is about a 2-minute walk, and Target is about a 7-minute walk.
